Green mountains
The road to the waterfall runs through some of Azerbaijan's most beautiful forests and mountains — the nature of the Gabala region.
Yeddi Gozel is inseparable from its surroundings: the waterfall is only part of a great green world.
Nature
Gabala lies at the foot of the Greater Caucasus. High ridges, clouds on the peaks and cool mountain air create the region's special microclimate.
These mountains feed the streams and waterfalls, including Yeddi Gozel.

Nature
The slopes around the waterfall are covered with dense broadleaf forests. In autumn they blaze with gold and crimson; in summer they offer cool and shade.
The forests of Gabala host a rich flora and fauna — from mushrooms to mountain birds.
